Report on Dominion voting machines is out. It pretty much confirms everything we suspected.
“In the logs we identified that the RCV or Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm was enabled” – yep. They were flipping votes to Biden by having the machine error out all the Trump votes for “adjudication”, then a worker would simply change them in the machine from Trump to Biden with no audit trail generated.
With this system, you could simply manipulate any recount the same way you manipulated the election to make the recount numbers match.
