The Dems plan is to create so much chaos with mail-in voting that the electoral votes will not be reported to the House until after the end of December, in which case the House will get to appoint an interim president.

This chaos was planned years ago when they realized they couldn’t stop Trump with an impeachment or beat him in a fair election. This is being done with the coordination of several foreign countries, but mainly it’s being lead by China. China owns the Biden family, with billions of dollars in business deals being done between them.
